I was gifted 3 items from Femme Luxe a couple of weeks ago and I wanted to share my looks + my thoughts on the brand and the items I received.
I had never heard of Femme Luxe before, but after checking out their website and the variety of apparel they have to offer, I noticed that they had so many trendy pieces and LOTS of pink, which I was very excited to see. They especially have so many different styles of joggers, bodycon dresses and loungewear sets.
The first item I selected was a pair of baby pink slouchy joggers. I love the cozy soft material and of course, the perfect bubblegum pink shade.
I got a UK size 12. I usually fit between a US M-L or a 8-10. When I tried them on, I was in love! The fit is perfect - tight to the waist, and slouchy throughout the hips and legs. These joggers create the perfect shape for lounging in style. I’m obsessed with them! I also have to add that the length was perfect for me. I’m 5’8 and love to wear pants that are high waisted. Some track pants I have are a little short, so they can’t be worn super high waisted, but these ones are perfect. They are also super warm and perfect for Canadian winter!
Pink Boxy Cropped Hoodie Cuffed Joggers Loungewear Set
This next item is one of their loungewear sets. The cropped hoodie + pants came together and they make for an adorable cozy matching set. The colour is super cute pink/coral shade. I love the style of the loungewear - it feels very athleisure and like I’m lounging in style. FYI - the colour is more coral/salmon than it shows on the site.
I got a UK size 12 in this one as well. I’d have to say I prefer my loungewear to be a little more on the loose and unfitted side, so I probably would have preferred to size up if I had the chance to try these on before ordering.
If you want a little more fitted, I’d say stick to your regular size. If you want them a bit more baggy, definitely size up!
White Ruched Bardot Long Sleeve Bodycon Mini Dress
The last piece I selected was this gorgeous ruched white bodycon dress. Femme Luxe so many different types of bodycon dresses and I was eying so many pink ones on their site as well.
I have to admit, I am not a huge fan of tight fitting clothes so I was a little hesitant on how this one would look on me, but it actually fit really nicely. I got a size 12. The material has a beautiful ruching effect so I felt like it really complimented my body type and went on really nicely. I can’t wait to wear this when I finally get out of lockdown!
