Know What You Want

I think it's so important to know what you want, and stand strong in that. I have always been one to know exactly what I want. This is something that I realize I am lucky to have. A lot of people don't actually know what they want, what they want to do with their lives, etc. I think that having a basis of what you want deep down and truly knowing yourself is very important though.

Knowing what I want has helped me make smart decisions as I go about my life. I always refer back to what I want in the end - and what I want out of life. I stand strong in that. I know that sometimes it's not easy, and part of me just wants to stop being so "uptight" and planning everything out so much. I sometimes wish I was more easy going. But then I look at how far I have come and I'm proud that I've been able to stick to my plan and be true to who I am.

I am a planner. I am a little crazy. But I know what I want, and I'll figure out a way to get it somehow.

For today's look I went for some street style vibes. I am wearing this "space suit" metallic pink jacket that I am currently obsessed with - paired together with my pink glasses, gold heart hoop earrings, some distressed boyfriend jeans, and my not-so-white Converse. I threw this cute black bag over top to add a feminine touch to this edgy look. I feel like the white turtleneck also makes the outfit look even more interesting as well. This is one of my fave last minute looks for sure! (Yeah, I actually didn't have this one planned out weeks in advance.)
