Wish List Wednesday: Spring 2016

It's Wednesday today, and almost officially spring time, so of course - I had to put together a wish list for Spring 2016.

These items are all inspired by pastels - particularly Pantone's Rose Quartz and Serenity.

I am in love with this adorable passport holder from Bando! (Top left corner). It says "I'm outta here" in rose gold font. It's too cute not to want to travel with!

I am also craving a greatly pigmented pale blue lipstick. I love experimenting with makeup and would love to have a lipstick of every colour in the rainbow, if I could. I feel like I already get enough weird looks when I wear the purple one I have though - haha!

I would also love a pair of ripped white jeans for spring, some opal crystal earrings, the Hourglass highlighter + blush compact, this adorable donut cross body bag and a cute pink baseball cap for those "casual days".

I'm not a huge shoe person, but these slide-on white sandals look super comfy and chic to be worn with any outfit or accessory - including some rose-coloured sunglasses!

Travel Diaries: My Trip to Florida

I was lucky enough to get away this reading week from school - and go visit my Grandma up in Florida!

It was my first time flying solo - super scary, but worth it!!

On my first day there, my Grandma and I found these amazing brightly coloured houses in Kissimmee that were too cute not to stop and take photo of! Apparently they have been abandoned for years, and are just recently gearing up to get renovated. They sure do make a great photo spot!

Loving this tank that says "I must be a mermaid". It was a must to wear around in sunny Florida!

This was taken by one of the pools at the resort we stayed at.
Vacation Village Kissimmee

I also did SO much shopping!! My Grandma and I hit up all the designer discount stores in the area, plus the Orlando Premium Outlet Mall.

Loved wearing this super summery halter tie-up top from Tobi, paired with my black circle skirt!

It was a short, yet amazing trip - and I had so much fun spending my break away from school with my Grandmother!

S O R R Y

Sorry - not sorry!

One of my best friends, Blair Alex (Couture in Chains) and I went to Sorry Café a bit ago - and loved it! From the aesthetic of the atmosphere and design of the shop, to the coffee served there, every thing was amazing and super chic! It had been on my list of places to try in Toronto, so I can now check that off!

Blair and I decided to make a day out of it and to do a bit of shopping on Bloor St, and also take some outfit photos. My look for the day is below! You can see Blair's outfit look here.

I went for an all black look with this trending lace-up neckline tunic, black leggings, and a great pair of sunnies. My booties are the usual black ones that go with almost any outfit and my matte lipstick is the amazing Ariana Grande Viva Glam by MAC. I even straightened my hair this day which I had hardly ever done while my hair was so short. Now that it's gaining length again, I can start doing fun things with it again, like this cute little side braid.

WHAT I WORE:

Tunic // Forever 21
Leggings // Lulu Lemon
Booties // H&M
Sunglasses // Blair's (from Jamaica)
Lipstick Shade // Ariana Grande Viva Glam by MAC
