I’ve always been a content creator. Since a pretty young age, I loved spending time on computer programs to create weekly newsletters for my family, writing crazy stories or taking endless photos of my cats.

My blog has been my “side hustle” for the last few years (I honestly just did it as a hobby at first) and there has been so many rewarding parts to it aside from the cool events, free products and extra cash.
MAK Style Turns 2
MAK Style is officially 2 years old today!
It's been quite the journey. I remember I started this blog right before I moved to Toronto for school. I always had a plan for this blog and how it would play a part in my education, career, and lifestyle. I think that I've been able to stick to this plan - and I'm so happy about that!
I have worked hard to build my brand, be consistent through hard times (and busy times!) and it definitely pays off. Blogging has been a great creative outlet for me, taught me so much about myself, and has lead me to some pretty great opportunities.
I love how blogging incorporates all of the things that I love. This includes fashion, photography, writing, and planning.
MAK Style 1 Year Blogiversary
I can't believe it's already been ONE YEAR since I launched MAK Style! So many things have happened, changed, and I am so thankful for all of the opportunities and lessons I have learned along the way.
L A U N C H
It is exciting to be blogging again! I have taken the last couple of weeks "off" to prep this new platform and make it everything I wanted. I have higher set goals for myself with this new blog, and can't wait to share everything that is coming! I am moving to the city of Toronto very soon for fashion school, and can't wait to share that journey as well! This blog will be able to grow with me and evolve with my own personal style as time goes on - stay tuned for all the new projects I will be able to share with you!
If you were a reader of PS&GW, you know that I have already been blogging for over a year now, and decided to discontinue the old blog, and begin this one. So, welcome - and I hope you find some inspiration here and continue to follow along!
In this first "launch" post, I wanted to share a look with you that captures this blog's new look. Feminine and chic. I paired this black turtleneck styled tank-top with some blush pink culottes, and gave the outfit a summer vibe with some strappy white and gold sandals. My gold rings and watch pull this look together nicely and give it a classy, but edgy feel.
